Ending Your tenancy

If you wish to end your tenancy, you must give notice in writing.

Please email: info@zkinvestments.com

We will confirm your tenancy end date in writing once your notice has been received.

If your moving date changes, please let us know as soon as possible.

Once notice is received, we will begin marketing the property and arrange a pre-termination inspection.
