How can I pay my rent?
You can choose from the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer (recommended)
- Direct debit or standing order
- Housing Benefit or Universal Credit
Bank transfer (recommended)
Paying by bank transfer is quick, secure and available 24/7.
Bank details:
Sort Code: 56-00-27
Account Number: 08269602
Please include your name or property address as a reference so we can identify your payment.
Direct debit / standing order
You can set up a regular payment from your bank account to ensure your rent is paid on time each month.
This is a simple way to avoid missed payments.
Housing Benefit / Universal Credit
If you receive housing support:
- Payments are usually made in arrears, which may cause a shortfall
- You are responsible for paying any difference between your benefit and your rent
- In some cases, payments can be made directly to us
If you are struggling, you may be able to apply for a Discretionary Housing Payment (DHP) through your local council.
