If you want to leave your property then you must give us notice to end your tenancy.
Your tenancy agreement will say how much written notice you need to give. It will be either four weeks’ ending on a Monday or one calendar month.

What happens next?

When we receive the form, we will send an email to confirm. We wont call to your phone or send a letter to confirm.

We will also arrange a convenient time to come and inspect the condition of your property.
Before you leave, you must clear the property, including loft spaces and gardens, of your belongings and return all the keys to us. You can find out more about this in the Leaving your home section.

If you are unable to do this, please let us know so we can agree a later date to end your tenancy. Rent is due until your tenancy ends, so you will be charged additional rent if your notice period is extended or you do not return the keys by the agreed date.
